Three days in HafenCity — Dubai's most considered residences, presented to the German-speaking investor.
Our 2025 Hamburg roadshow brought the Dubai House Market catalogue to one of Europe's most measured property audiences. Across three afternoons, qualified investors met our advisors in a private setting on the HafenCity waterfront and worked through floor plans, payment plans, and Golden Visa pathways at their own pace. German-speaking advisors handled every walkthrough; English and Turkish desks were on hand for the wider Hamburg expat community. Several reservations closed on-site; the rest reached the SPA stage in the weeks that followed. The event reaffirmed what we expect from this market — a buyer who arrives with research, asks the right questions, and signs only when the numbers match the listing.

An invitation-only weekend in central Helsinki — Dubai's off-plan market explained to the Nordic investor.
Helsinki 2024 was our first formal roadshow in the Nordic region. We hosted a small, invitation-only audience over a long weekend in the city centre, walking attendees through the same level of detail we'd give a face-to-face meeting in Dubai. Sobha and Emaar presented their flagship 2024–2026 releases; the Q&A skewed long and technical — the Finnish investor reads contracts. Several attendees followed up with site visits in Dubai within the quarter, and a meaningful share of those visits became reservations. The event opened the Nordic conversation, which we've continued through follow-up calls and a second Stockholm roadshow now being scheduled.
